Starting Power Level: 1,000 - 3,000

Appearance:
Saiyans are outwardly very similar to Humans, with the exception of their monkey-like tails and larger, more muscular builds. They are commonly seen to have deep black hair although there have been rare occasions when they have also been shown to have brown, and even blond hair. It has been said that a Saiyan's hair doesn't change from the day they are born though facial hair seems to be an exception to this. In addition to their specific appearance traits, a pure blooded Saiyan usually bears pitch black eyes, though there have been a few exceptions to this.

Background:
The Saiyan race is a very proud and strong warrior race with a complicated history, they have been in war on the inside back and forh since the appearance of the first Super Saiyan over a thousand years ago, The Home Planet is currently divided into two continents with both groups straying away from each other and only butting heads when they gather their forces strong enough. The Good Saiyans are mostly peaceful if fight-happy while the evil ones are murderous and love to conquer.

Racial Biology:

Warrior's Pride:
Saiyans are capable of incredible feats of willpower via the strength of their pride!
Saiyans when they begin to get backed into a corner begin to pull out more power in each of their attacks, upon going below 50% Health they will begin to do 10% additional damage (10% of the attack's base damage added on to it) with all attacks! (Ex: an attack that does 100,000 Damage will instead do 110,000 Damage while this is active).

Zenkai:
Upon receiving life threatening damage a Saiyan is capable of gaining a power boost known as Zenkai. Though to do this the Saiyan must be near death and manage to recover from such injuries.
In a Battle, Death Enabled thread, or Saga event if a Saiyan's health drops below 5% and they survive to thread their gains for that thread are doubled OR they gain a flat 10% bonus to their Power Level, whichever is larger!

The Tail of a Saiyan
Every Saiyan in Universe 7 is born with a tail. This gives them the ability to harness Blutz waves and transform into the Great Ape known as Oozaru. For a Saiyan, an untrained tail can be a fatal flaw. If the Saiyan has an untrained tail and it is squeezed by an opponent the Saiyan will be absolutely helpless. The Saiyan will find themselves paralyzed and their power level will be reduced to 0 once their tail is squeezed. This can be avoided though, with the use of a technique slot a Saiyan can train their tail and prevent this from happening. This weakness will be applied to all transformations until the tail is trained.

Transformations:

Great Ape: [Starts With, Requires a Tail.]

This is the most common transformation of the Saiyan race. It is accessed only when the saiyan has access to the blutz waves that are provided by the full moon. Once a Saiyan has looked towards the full moon they will transform into the mighty Great Ape! This is a ten story tall great ape, its power is incredible!

In this form, the Saiyan's fur acts as a natural cushioning from incoming attacks reducing the damage they take by 5% (Note: This applies after defending. So if you spend 3,000 Stamina to defend a 6,000 damage technique you only reduce 5% of the 3,000 that's remaining). Also, this form is the Saiyan race's primary means of wiping out hostile races. While in this state all damage they attempt is increased by 10% without increasing its cost but they do not get a reduced cost for dodging over blocking in return. If a Saiyan loses their tail, they are no longer capable of becoming the Oozaru.

[X10] [This form starts off as a mindless uncontrollable monkey and as you gain mastery levels you gain more control over it. On the first mastery level you’ll become more able to focus a target but still become aggressive to everyone, on second mastery you gain full control but no talking, and on third mastery you’ll be able to talk and control yourself fully.] [Mastery Checkpoints at 1k, 2k, 4k, 8k, etc]

False Super Saiyan: [75,000 Power Level Required.]
False Super Saiyan is a form where that a Saiyan can access when they have the great need of Super Saiyan but not quite the power to maintain it yet. In this form you can access some of Super Saiyan’s power, but only for a time, once that time is up you won’t be able to do it again for a while. In this form the Saiyan’s hair stands up slightly and their aura becomes a golden yellow. Their eyes also go completely blank white.

Super Saiyan: [150,000 Power Level Required] [This form requires either Rage or Desperation]
Super Saiyan is a form that is thought of as merely a legend, a powerhouse of a form that Saiyans can struggle their entire life to strive for and still never obtain. In this form a Saiyan’s hair goes golden yellow along with their aura and stands up some and their eyes go seafoam green.

Ascended Super Saiyan [Requires 3 Mastery Levels in Super Saiyan]
A slight step above Super Saiyan that requires extreme honing of the Super Saiyan Transformation, in this form the Saiyan looks like they’re in Super Saiyan but they increase drastically in Muscle Mass and their Power Increases as a result but their defensive capabilities go slightly down.

Ultra Super Saiyan [Requires 5 Mastery Levels in Super Saiyan]
Another step above Super Saiyan that most skip due to how intensive it is on the body and its overall useless defensive capabilities due to its lacking speed, in this form a Saiyans muscles bulge to abnormal levels and their hair spikes up further, they appear to be in normal Super Saiyan.

Super Saiyan 2 [300,000 Power Level Required] [This form requires either Rage or Desperation] [Need Super Saiyan]
The true successor to Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2 is the next step in the evolutionary line for a Super Saiyan. In this form a Saiyan’s hair stands entirely on end and their golden aura gains highlights of electricity-esque plasma. Their muscle mass increases slightly but their power goes far beyond a normal Super Saiyan.

Super Saiyan 3 [425,000 Power Level Required] [Need Super Saiyan 2]
An evolution of Super Saiyan that goes even further beyond that of Super Saiyan 2. In this form a Saiyan’s energy is brought out to its maximum. However, due to that their ki leaks incredibly fast and uncontrollably. The Saiyans appearance changes from Super Saiyan 2 by growing down their back and their eyebrows disappear while their bare brow area becomes bulged.

Super Saiyan 4 Path

Saiyans with a Tail may undertake this path, but be warned, losing your tail means also losing the majority of the forms within this path and becoming stuck with only the most basic form of this path. You MUST have a tail when you first pick this path. If you lost yours don’t worry, there’s methods of getting it back, though it is not cheap. The only way to choose this path after choosing the Super Saiyan Ikari Path is by using the Dragon Balls, but in doing so you lose this path.

Golden Great Ape [Requires 450,000 Power Level, Mastery Level 5 of Oozaru and 6 of Super Saiyan as well as a Tail]
A hybrid Saiyan form where the Saiyan becomes capable of using the Super Saiyan form while in great ape, in the form they once more lose control and don’t regain it, their appearance in great ape changes to have slightly paler skin and golden fur.

Super Saiyan 4 [Requires Mastery Level 4 Golden Great Ape and a Tail]
An evolution of the Great Ape form as a whole that perfectly hybridizes Super Saiyan and Golden Great Ape into a more humanoid appearance. In this form, a Saiyan is supposedly at their genetic best. In this form the Saiyan grows red fur all across their body and the upper layer of clothing is blasted off of the Saiyan from the sheer power output of the form.

Godly Super Saiyan 4 [Requires Mastery Level 7 Super Saiyan 4, a Tail, and God Ki]
An evolved form of Super Saiyan 4 which has no physical appearance changes, however, due to the addition of God Ki it becomes far stronger than normal. Easily hitting and rivaling Super Saiyan Blue.

Super Saiyan Ikari Path

A path that doesn’t require a tail and the less risky path, but also not as powerful while being overall more costly to the user’s energy. The only way to take this path after choosing the Super Saiyan 4 Path is by using the Dragon Balls, but in doing so you lose this path.

Super Saiyan Ikari [Requires 500,000 Power Level, Mastery Level 4 of Super Saiyan 2 and 4 of Ultra Super Saiyan, and Rage or Desperation]
An evolution of Super Saiyan 2 that brings out the user’s strength. In this form the user’s hair appears similar to Super Saiyan 2 but their aura has a slight tint of blue on the inside of it while still maintaining the golden color outside. Their eyes also glow a bright white color

God Forms

These are transformations that can only be obtained when you unlock God Ki and reach a certain Power Level.

Super Saiyan God [Requires 700,000 Power Level and God Ki or The Super Saiyan God Ritual]
A form long forgotten by most of the Saiyan race, tales of it being kept only in long lost historical documents. The Super Saiyan God transformation is what happens when a Saiyan ascends from the standard mortal realm and into the realm of gods. In this form the Saiyan slims down in muscle mass and appears more youthful, their hair and eyes go completely red and their aura appears to mimic a large flame.

Super Saiyan Blue [Requires 5 Mastery Levels in Super Saiyan God, 7 Mastery Levels in Super Saiyan, and God Ki]
A form of Super Saiyan that has been fully integrated with the Super Saiyan God form, making a hybrid form that’s far more powerful than their individual parts. In this form the user appears to be in Super Saiyan, however, their hair and aura are both blue instead of the traditional golden yellow.

Super Saiyan Blue Evolution [Requires 5 Mastery Levels in Super Saiyan Blue and 900,000 Power Level]
An evolved form of Super Saiyan Blue caused by the full mastery of the form. In this form a Saiyan’s hair and eyes turn a darker blue than before as well as their aura. This is the final stage of evolution for a Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan.

The Berserker Super Saiyan:
Multiple saiyan's can ascend to a Berserker status if they get the right mutations... Will it be YOU? (Staff will pick which lucky Saiyan gets to become this chaotic force based upon luck and quality!)

Oozaru: [Starts With.]
This is the most common transformation of the saiyan race. It is accessed only when the saiyan has access to blutz waves that are provided by the full moon. Berserker's Omen: [No Requirement, Allowed once member is selected for this.]
This is the omen of the changes deep within, the user's eyes turn golden and they gain a bit in additional power along with gaining some height and muscle mass. This form is utilizing the true power of Oozaru in the user’s base form, even without a tail! However, due to this, it requires Oozaru mastery just like the normal Oozaru otherwise it’s just as uncontrollable!

Super Saiyan Berserker: [150,000 Power level required.]
This is the form of a monster. When this form is activated they transform by being engulfed in a large green orb of energy. Their muscle mass increases dramatically and they become a large, tremendous figure. Along with that, their eyes turn a pure, maddening white color that emphasizes the loss of control and sanity within.Their hair spikes up sharply. The golden tone of the Super Saiyan can still be seen, though it's got that same sickly green tint to it.[x22] [In this state, the Berserker regenerates either 7.5% of their Stamina or Energy every second turn but lose access to the rest feature][Must have 3 Mastery Checkpoints to have control of this form, otherwise you'll be a mindless Berserker and attack everything!] [Mastery Checkpoints at 3k, 6k, 12k, 24k, etc][Every 25k PL gain another Mastery Checkpoint without increasing the counter, this does not count for control of this form.][MAX MULTIPLIER WITH MASTERY: 60] [Drains 10% TM per turn]

The Legendary Super Saiyan [Max Berserker Mastery]
The beginning of the end has come. The Berserker's ultimate state. Upon maxing your mastery with Super Saiyan (Berserker) this form replaces it permanently! It's just like the last one, but while in this state it feels like the user is pulling from an almost endless pool of it![x75] [In this state, the Berserker regenerates 7.5% of their missing Stamina and Energy every second turn but lose access to the rest feature][Must have 5 Mastery Checkpoints to have control of this form, otherwise you'll be a mindless Berserker and attack everything!][Mastery Checkpoints at 3k, 6k, 12k, 24k, etc][every 30k after obtaining this form you get 1 mastery point (up to 10 points max)][Final Multiplier: x90] [Drains 10% TM per turn]

Z Line
Legendary Oozaru [Start With]
While in this form, the Saiyan grows to 10x their normal height and power.
All benefits of the regular Oozaru form are carried here.
During this state, you can still use other LSSJ forms from this transformation line adding their multiplier to this!
Until Mastery checkpoint 2, you have no control over yourself in this form! Stacking forms raises this to their mastery checkpoint two.
[Stacking forms adds half their TM cost your TM drain. Running out of TM loses you that boost, but does not remove you from Oozaru]
[Mastery checkpoints at 3k, 6k, 12k, 24k, etc][When stacking forms, you only gain Legendary Oozaru Mastery.][x10]

Super Saiyan Type-A [80,000 Power Level Required]
A power that was bestowed at birth to the Legendary Super Saiyan. Instead of the usual golden hair the form is known for on a regular Super Saiyan, this form's hair is a blue-greenish color.

Legendary Super Saiyan [150,000 Power Level Required]
The legendary form itself. This form is an extension of the regular Legendary Super Saiyan.
Your muscles grow to absurd levels, shattering any armor you have on. The user’s eyes will also become completely white, blinded by rage.
While in this state, you take 10% less damage (Damage Dealt x 0.9) from all sources.
If you have not yet mastered it, you rage like an Oozaru!

Legendary Super Saiyan 2 [350,000 Power Level Required]
A further advancement of the power dwelling inside. The foreboding green aura has flared to a greater extent and lightning begins to flash around you. You have ascended beyond the limits of the prior form and achieved something greater.
In this form, all damage is reduced by 15%

Legendary Super Saiyan 3 [500,000 Power Level Required]
One of many Saiyan advancements combine with the Legendary Super Saiyan once again. The user’s hair descends beyond their shoulders and reaches their knees. The user’s brows fade and what remains is engorged, presumably with an awesome power. The menacing green tint of the Saiyan’s legendary transformation remains throughout. All damage taken is reduced by 20%.

Legendary Super Saiyan 4 [850,000 Power Level Required ]
This is your genetic best, the superior Super Saiyan form.
A variation of crimson coats your enlarged muscles. Black hair adorns your head in a spiky mess, even more so than usual, and your white eyes remain blank from an eternal rage. This is the finale. This is your curtain call. This is the Legendary Super Saiyan 4.
While in this form, all damage is reduced by 25%.
