"We begin today, to create a unified force of warriors and brothers who fight side by side for the safety of Namek and the protection of those who are not as capable.", Namorel began to speak as he paced in front of the crowd of Namekian warriors, each of exuding a degree of power on his own and standing as a golden example of Namek's finest. The turn out was not the absolute that Namorel had hoped for as the crowd was lacking in members of the other races that the Namekian was well aware lived on the planet as well. However, he would need to get started soon as neither he nor anyone here had an infinite amount of time for these things.

The Namekian would grin as he took a stance, tucking his arms behind his back and scanning the crowd. He would take a deep breath as he prepared to continue to speak to the crowd once more before starting things, "We will begin things with a simple warm up, you may choose to spar or simply stretch, but once I feel that we have a large enough crowd we will begin the first part of this all. Be sure to push yourself to your limit as I don't want anyone holding back." The Namekian was firm with his words, he didn't want a single warrior or trainee to hold back. If they were going to work themselves to defend their home, they would need to prepare for any degree of power that could come their way, as individuals or as a group.

Gadulka would slowly walk up beside Namorel, the young once guru would be assisting in the later training of the day and would also oversee the warm ups of those already here. The tiny green humanoid would take to the air and watch teach and every one with intense eyes. Namorel found this quite amusing, but stifled a laugh as he watched quietly
