As Ayumu had found himself lost, sitting between a bunch of namekian houses as he had set up a firepit with a rack above it, he was cooking a rather firm amount of meat on the top as he had been drawing from his own stock with a smile on his own face. Dinosaur meat from earth always had that extra zing to it whenever you roasted it, as the herbs started to be burned away with Ayumu drooling lightly as he could see the fibers in the meat slowly tightening up as the heat scorched it. The juices from the lemon, apple and citrus variants that he squeezed softly were all used to soften it back up to prevent the spasms from hardening the meat too hard and creating something that one person couldn't sink their teeth into correctly as he was using a rack that was able to marble the meat rather beautifully, slowly sinking into it as Ayumu then gazed around. If there was one thing that Ayumu had learned over the last few years, then it was the fact that if he wanted to meat a strong person he had to be cooking something to make sure that they would notice him and be willing to meet him. Something that he was starting to spend more and more time perfecting as his recipes were rather delicate for the situation... And the wood of namek? That would be another ingredient that he could start adding to his recipes. WC:251 [Heavy Weights] [Transformed] [PL 77714] Triton

Triton sighed heavily as he stretched, making his way back into Tsuno’s Village after spending a few too many hours out in the plains training himself. The Half Saiyan had been going at things much harder recently, ever since meeting up with Hikaru and all, and had been trying his best to push his limits at every turn. Feeling out his energy as he walked, he again felt that familiar wall inside himself that he couldn’t breach. It frustrated him to no end that his strength was so limited when he knew he was far more capable than he could show. As he pondered over these thoughts and tried to relax his body, the sore ache spread through his muscles, the heavy weight of his training gi keeping him working all hours of the day. It was then that something he hadn’t recognized at first struck his senses like a truck. He stopped and looked about in confusion for more than a moment as he discerned what it was. The aroma made his stomach twist in a painful knot of pure hunger, and he could already feel himself salivating. That was the problem with being half Saiyan, Triton discovered early on in life. The hunger that accompanied exertion. There was no mistaking it. That smell was the smell of meat cooking. He thought at first that he was losing his mind, as there was no one in sight but the green skinned Namekians he had grown accustomed to. But then he saw smoke swirling into the air not too far away, and as he moved toward it the smell only grew more intoxicating. Once Triton had arrived at the source of this agonizingly delicious scent, he found that his nose had not mislead him. Sitting there, carefully tending to a rather large and beautiful hunk of meat was a man, a human man, who looked to be some sort of monk. It made sense that an enlightened type would be here with the Namekians, but surely the Half Saiyan would have seen him previously if he’d been here recently. Or rather, he likely would have sniffed him out first. He approached the man cautiously, not wanting to intrude but unable to resist the temptation of fresh food. “Excuse me, sir. I don’t believe I’ve seen you around here before, but I couldn’t help noticing that huge roast you got going there.” Triton swallowed before continuing to speak. “You wouldn’t happen to mind sharing a bite or two of that with me would ya? It’s been a while since I’ve had meat that fresh.” Triton wondered if the man was as impressive a warrior as his physique let on, but that would be addressed after his first, and most important, question was answered.
