FNS was founded by, and is lead by Carnelian, the Changeling Lich.

Frost Networking Solutions was created as a shadow organization. On the surface, a mercenary hiring group, providing odd jobs to those in need. To those within Carnelian's office, a close-knit group of professionals with the intent to overthrow the current emperor, and once in a position of power, make the galaxy a better place.
The organization was created when Carnelian escaped limbo with the power of the dragonballs. Tired and weary of his half-resurrection, he made his way through the streets of Frost to the building his office was in 400 years prior. He found an accounting firm had set up shop in the penthouse, and in his dazed state, cleared the top floors of all living. Once recovered, he started recruiting talented and powerful individuals from all across the planet to join his cause.
