Due to their nature of being inexorably ancient and before the concept of Ki, Power Levels, and other conventional forms of increasing one's potential, they were fueled purely on primal cosmic energy. This energy is sense-able by conventional means, however it cannot be accurately scanned by machines as all attempts give numbers wildly off the charts. If someone attempted to sense their power or species using a technique, they'd be hit with a sense of cosmic dread that would haunt them with severe traumatic stress. This, however, can be stopped by the Essence manually as to not affect certain individuals they deem worthy or friendly. This cannot affect other Essences. [SP below]
[SP]Eldritch Life Force: By forcing their true existence onto their opponent when being sensed, it forces the opponent into a five turn bout of uncontrollable rage caused by the trauma of witnessing such cosmic horror. [Forces opponent into an uncontrollable rage for 5 turns if sensed by them using a natural technique, not a scouter/machine.] [Only works on someone once per thread before they learn their lesson] [Only one use before 50k, before getting another use, and receiving one more use every 100k afterwards with a maximum of 5 uses per thread].
Primal Knowledge
By reducing their power level in increments of 25% (capping at 75%), for every increment dropped they can add an additional 10% (capping at 30%) to their Ki OR Stamina. For every increment dropped they gained an additional 5% power level game (capped at 15%) at the end of the thread. [This has to be specified at the start the thread and if taken out of, bonuses are lost. Must retain throughout the entire thread and cannot increase/decrease increments throughout the thread.]
Genetic Memory
The Essences are not a common memory by current standards, but species definitely do recognize superior beings when they hear one. By speaking the native tongue of the Essences, any enemy of ANY species instantly goes into a fight-or-flight response in their head, forcing their body to return to long to extremely long range from the Essence. Even if they do not understand why themselves, their body and all senses in the enemy will keep informing them that they are in the presence of something they do not want to get caught messing around with, and should they ignore their genetic memory demanding they leave, they may find themselves fighting their own body and emotions as well as the Essence. [Enemies caught 'hearing' an Essence using this racial become agitated and begin to subconsciously fear the Essence without substantial reasoning. Every turn after the initial speech will slowly begin to make the enemy see the Essence as more and more powerful, fearful, and dangerous despite zero changes on the Essence themselves.]
