Ayumu sat at his own chair as he looked at the paper that he had requested an order from.
His smile was uncomfortable as he didn't expect this to happen this quickly, a book that was written about balls that explained it all laid out before himself as four other balls were laying on the table, their energy signature was immense and above all it was something that he just couldn't believe.
"What in the flying turtle that belonged to that hell of a pervert" He would proclaim to himself as he just lowered his head onto the table, bashing it softly with a light repetition as he could feel the pain starting to spread on his head.
Slowly spreading more swears outwards, Ayumu just couldn't help but feel that everything was starting to be set up like some form of a sitcom comedy, knowing full well that every single call that he had made would end up becoming another stab in the back as he knew that the people who were searching for the balls had been buying everything out at the same time.
"Okay, so let me get this straight." He would set up everything as he stepped of the chair and walked towards his own rack of items that he had collected, knowing full well that there wasn't a single reason for them to be interested in this yet, but at the same time there was one thing that could be used.
Picking up a large strong stick that he had found once in the wayside, he would swing it around with a smile on his own face as he knew that the weight of it always helped form a good muscle foundation whenever he practiced.
His body creaking under the weight as he swung it in the open area of his house before doing tossing it with a soft flip to his other hand to be caught as he placed it back in the rack.
Waiting for when the vehicle would be getting closer to his house as he had a few balls located at the top of the building, gazing towards the distance where they would have to come from.
He was taking zero risks at this point, having his energy laid out in a large field and prepared for a strike at any point, he knew that this would become something akin to a war if they took these balls that would save lives from him.
It didn't take too long before Ayumu would start to ponder the wishes that were asked of him, knowing that there was a young maiden that always ended up getting sick and that her body had rejected the air of the world itself.
A simple cure one would say if it wasn't part of her genetics, something that they would have to find an alternative source to mess with as he heard the rumours that were spread in large notions to every person that knew the legends, even when asking it of the Kami themselves.
Ayumu was certain that if he wanted to get this situation resolved, to help a person, save another and bring forwards peace to the planet that he was on, he had to work hard to spend his life at the risk of losing everything.
Ayumu didn't stand a chance normally, he wouldn't be a fighter in the slightest, yet with his abilities having been improving as he started to notice the vehicle with the delivery parcel inside starting to approuch his face did show a slight bit of ease.
His body aching painfully as he felt that the transformation that people proclaimed he kept up was starting to tear himself apart.
it wasn't a case of him staying in a powered up state, no, Ayumu didn't know the difference between what made him transformed or not, his power constantly in a state of being increased as he felt his pool of energy be forcibly expanded once again.
That once he felt it expand he knew that there was something beyond all of this, that there was a way to go about this without all the pain as he would hear the truck closing in.
Unable to contain his excitement and the pain from his torso that was spreading out like a burning rod of steel that was shoved into his skin and started growing a metallic burning tree in his own body.
Ayumu just couldn't resist this pain as he started to use his ki and magic mastery to slowly push his own energy down.
Letting it sit inside of his meridians, letting it simmer and letting it slowly cool down, the heat was starting to become a cold pool of relaxation as he would make his way to the door with a large box left on the doormat that was placed outside of his house.
A slight motion of annoyance as he noticed that he had left without allowing Ayumu to sign the papers, he lifted up the large box as he carried it to the table, knowing full well that he had quite the luck with the search for these balls that would allow him to save the people that he cared for so greatly.
But the one thing that always brought him a smile when he opened his door was his doormat.
A small bunny that stood there greeting people with a small collection of slimes that carried the rabbit contently in a warm embrace, it always made Ayumu feel warm and soft on the insides.
Knowing full well that if he didn't manage to find it, he would be slightly warmed by the doormat as he had his scotch prepared to drink the pain away.
His smile soon turning into one of tension as he prepared to open the box, his boxcutter going through the tape as he opened it patiently with his face soon shifting from emotion.
But who would know what emotion this would be except for those who would hear his story in the future.
