Absorption:
Start with a Unique Technique: "Absorption!"
Absorption is treated as an attack that deals damage equivalent to 15% of your Power Level for the purposes of defense.
This attack costs 10% of either your stamina or energy, but can only be attempted twice per battle and only on a target that's not unconscious but is below 20% health.
It does not deal damage of its own but is an instant kill if successful.
If successful, the player gains 10% of the absorption target's PL and learns two of their techniques.
The player can opt to "Absorb" instead of killing or looting at the end of the battle, but bonuses are halved this way.
Bonuses are always halved (further so if chosen as a battle reward) if on an NPC and can only apply for forms once per owner of NPC
Mechanical Augmentation:
Tuffles have learned to mix the physical and mechanical with very little effort.
Tuffles are capable of rebuilding removed body parts for half the cost it would someone else
Tuffles drain 10% less stamina when using physical attacks due to their mechanical pieces and nothing on physical basic attacks.
Regeneration:
A Namekian warrior has the ability to regenerate their limbs and even holes that have been blown in them. It requires the Namekian to focus on just that to do it though. They can regenerate 10% of their missing Health and regrow all missing limbs and close all open wounds.
[This costs stamina equivalent to the half of the health regenerated]
Adapted to Survival:
They're also very tough to kill, they've got an additional 15% health as well.
They've been seen surviving being cut completely in half and can even survive the destruction of a planet.
They can even survive without the use of special techniques in low-oxygen environments, such as the vacuum of space.

History:
After the creation of Tsuki and the apparent failure to create exactly what he wanted. (If he’d only fed her properly she’d have turned into his exact want, but how was he to know) He tried to adjust the minor Ai that he’d used to create the DNA sequence towards the task of fixing the problem. This caused an interesting reaction within the limited machine, the code as it was was exactly what he had wanted. A creature that would turn into something part wolf and part human. But since that was apparently an incorrect result, it concluded that the failure was due to having the wrong animalistic traits. With no confirmation or failure result from it’s owner and creator. Due to his death at the hands of Tsuki’s hunger. The machine worked for nearly a year combining the desired genetic traits in order to make yet another of the strange twisted race of Bio androids.
The result was a creature dubbed Sun/Star, continuing the theme of Tsuki’s celestial body naming, and this time around the attempted base creature was reptilian in nature. Sun star as she decided that her name was blessed with Namekian Genetic coding and was able to think on a much higher cognitive level at her young age and upon realising that the machine she had spawned from could answer typed questions. Proceeded to grill it for information regarding what she was and what her purpose was. Most importantly perhaps, she was given the understanding of what she would have to do in order to complete her design and become all she was supposed to be.
This posed a bit of a strange problem for Sun Star, she knew her predecessor was on world, and that would mean some fierce competition for food, not to mention that they had a rather heavy head start and would likely be stronger than her. There was no guarantee that the original one of her kind wouldn’t consume her to advance in status. So she’d have to find a way off planet. That shouldn’t be too hard, though her current size and stature would mean she would be unlikely to command any respect from the Earthlings.
Resolving to sneak aboard a ship bound for anywhere Sun waddled her way out of the lab and into the city proper. It was overwhelming, but not nearly as much as the sheer number of people that decided to stop and pat her on the head because she was cute. It made her want to snap at them, to break some of them in half. But she knew she was weak right now. If the machinery was right there were dozens of stronger folk who’d come to this city’s rescue if she did that. The fiasco at the World martial art tournament in which it had secretly gathered more genetic material to improve upon the original design only proved that much to her.
Much to her fortune, there was in fact a space flight planned heading from Earth to a world called Namek. It’d do, it was somewhere else, away from the other of her kind and any future attempts that machine made at making a better version of her. She didn’t doubt it’d happen at some point in the future. Not to mention sometime or another that she’d have to confront her progenitor and assert her dominance. In time, for now she had to prepare. The people within the ship seemed mostly oblivious to her appearance at first which she didn’t mind. It meant she didn’t need to pay for a ticket or deal with anything else. At least until she was discovered part way into the journey and had to handle them. Now, if she’d spent more time on this problem she might have been able to talk her way through such things. Sun reacting too quickly, ended up slaughtering the entire ships worth of people. On the plus side, they made for a good meal to satisfy the constant gnawing hunger of the bio-android.
Personality:
[Attitude, how they act, likes, dislikes, motivates, what their goals are.]
Sun’s attitude and actions towards other depends on two major factors. If they are stronger than her, and if she’s hungry. If they are stronger than her she will generally be polite enough, seeing in them something she can push herself to matching and becoming and eventually consuming But always ever so slightly wary, just in case they opted to. But there is a measure of respect that a creature that hadn’t been specifically made to be powerful was as strong if not stronger than her.
Creatures weaker than her are pretty much food in her opinion. The strong prey upon the weak and that was how it should be. Should the weaker creatures show her due respect and act wary around her she’ll pay it no real mind, accepting that they know their place in the world. She’ll be pleasant to these careful prey and respect them as they respect her at least to an extent. Even going as far as to protect these lesser beings, frankly she gets offended if people try and take her food from her.
When she’s hungry, all bets are off, she’s prone to violent outbursts towards the weaker creatures nearby. She might even take on the challenge of a stronger foe if she’s desperate enough for something to eat. Hobby wise, the strange creature is a little lacking, partially due to her lack of age and partly due to her lack of interest in things other than attaining her perfect state. Though that’s not to say she couldn’t develop hobbies as she discovers them
Starting Technique:
[You get 8 points to start! Remember... Flight is a technique!]
[ST-1] Flight
[ST-1] Pft, Weaklings – Sun Dashes ahead of an incoming attack, protecting some weakling from the incoming damage by taking it herself, going as far as shoving them out of the way of physical attacks. (Upgrades allow St-2 to block the incoming attack and ST-3 allows her to dodge on behalf of an ally)
[St-1]Focused Recovery – Concentrating her energy with care Sun star recovers her lost stamina. 1:1 ratio and an action
[ST-1] Telepathy
The ability to link minds and communicate via your minds over the distance of a single planet.
[RPT -1] Basic energy flurry – Kind of what it says on the tin, a spamming of ki blasts
[PCT-1] Cull the Meek – A darting series of strikes aiming to break as many foes as possible with her weapon.
[CONT-ki-1] Slice and Dice – Sun darts past her foe, taking a quick swing at them before teleporting to far range
[AT – 1] Dominus – A swirling mess of false scales made of ki that focuses into a thin stream of slicing death. Capable of slicing off whatever it rushes through and over.
Example Roleplay:
[Please write an example for us, this will determine your starting power level. Length and quality will contribute to this.]
It was a small child that had blown her cover, having caught sight of her tail earlier and had followed her. For all her tiny size, there was only so many little places to hide within this annoying ship. It was not the most comfortable of spaces, so she could only assume that these folk weren’t the most important of humans. She had been backed into the corner and was hissing angrily at the small girl reaching down to touch her. This strangely didn’t deter the strange thing from picking her up. Or at least trying to, she bit her on the finger hard enough to draw blood and the croc was dropped once again to waddle away as fast as she could before the noise drew in more of the humans and made the rest of the journey a difficult one for Sun.
Unfortunately the shriek of the child had seemingly drawn its mother and Sun was running out of options. She was pretty sure that these humans were going to be unable to harm her but that was a bit of a gamble, she had no real measure of her relative strength, a few small tests within the place she was grown had demonstrated her superiority over the average human. The lack of luxury on this ship at least implied that these were average or worse. Her eyes darted across the room, looking for a weapon as the tall woman screamed in turn and tried to stomp on her. The sound of a sudden crack echoing across the small bedroom space as Sun buckled from the impact. Well, that sucked.
Heaving, she forced her back back into position with another snap before shrugging her shoulders and back hard enough to throw the woman off of her. Hissing angrily still, the croc snapped a piece of the metal bedframe with her jaws and held the resulting club in her teeth, advancing on the woman and flying straight for her, letting the bar clothesline the human and slam her head into the metal of the wall, a spray of blood from the impact made the bio-roid start to drool. She’d been starving this whole trip and now a ready meal was before her. She’d feast well upon this ship, there wasn’t any real reason to let these weaklings live now unless they played it smart.
