Cybernetic Generator: [Gain SubRace "Cybernetic"]
Relentless on the assault, cyborgs of this type don't need to be in far range in order to recharge. Instead, they can opt to use the rest function at half effectiveness at mid-range or fourth effectiveness at close range. (So for 12.5% at mid-range and at 6.25% at close). These were the kinds of cyborgs that were created by Dr. Gero!

The Known History of Subject #76 and his Association to Earth Defense Force:
Things weren't always peaceful, humanity wasn't always in a decent spot.
When Majin Buu attacked we realized for the first time that we were limited, that we had come to a point where we were lacking.
We finally knew for sure that we weren't alone in the universe.
Through unknown means the government of Earth, under their king's orders, found the information that would change the world forever.
The blueprints for the creation of "Cybernetic Cyborgs", a generator that would replace their natural ki production and increase their overall output.
It was a step to protect the world that he couldn't risk avoiding any longer.
Among the first successful results was Soli Tek, a young woman who was very intelligent. A veteran of the armed forces.
She ended up being chosen as one of the first "Human Super Soldiers", known as the Earth Defense Force.
And she lead them for years.
It's been well over two hundred years since then, and humanity has still remained in the dark to the Earth's most tactical operations.
Established in Age 793, the Earth Defense Force continues its work to this very day, keeping its allies mostly in the dark.
They utilize a few of the higher up Tuffle agents in this process for assistance in the scientific understanding of the machinery.
The great, great grandson of Grand General Tek has finally been promoted after 14 years of service to the role of "Commander".
He has spent his entire life following in the footsteps of his family, and underwent the surgery to become a Defender at age 16.
He began his actual training for the role at 17 and at 18 began his service in the EDF as a Private.
Now, Tek stands at the beginning of the hardest part of his career: living up to expectations.
Commander is a role that not many defenders ever reach and it comes with a lot of attention directed towards them.
With Harr's recent promotion, those around him look at him as someone with a lot of potential.
With the recent events at the World Tournament showing that aliens still aren't... quiet at the moment.
It was time to begin preparing for something big.
Approximation of Subject's Primary Personality:
Tekk is goal-oriented, driven by his pride as a member of the Tekk family.
He is unwilling to falter even in the face of great danger, his training taking over in situations of high stress.
He has a very militaristic approach to everything, making everything rigid and tight on schedule following all operating procedures.
He's highly trained and does what he has to do to achieve the mission, even if it means things not going quite the way he wanted.
Subject's Technical Knowledge:
[ST-1] KiTech Jetpack - Tek, instead of using his ki to fly directly, using his Cybernetic Generator in order to power a Jetpack in order to fly. This is treated as flight for all other mechanics.
[ST-1] KiTech Lense - Tek, instead of naturally being able to sense ki, has an eyeglass over his right eye that he can toggle while in combat mode. This eyeglass is powered by his Cybernetic Generator, and allows him limited understanding of enemy positioning and strength. This is mechanically treated as Ki Sense.
[ST-1] KiTech Pulse Disruptor - Tek's personal request, the KiTech Pulse Disruptor. Through the use of this device, which he powers through his own internal generator, he can create light pulses of an energy that increases the difficulty of sensing his presence and allows him to further control his damage output. This is mechanically treated as Ki Suppression.
[ST-1] KiTech Nanomachines - Tek's body is swarming with tiny Nanomachines. He can put a command in to cause them to step it up, and begin healing his body at a rate of 1 HP per 1 Energy spent.
[ST-1] KiTech Barrier - Tek generates a barrier in front of him out of his energy. He has to spend 20% of his Energy in addition to his usual defense in Energy or Stamina, but it negates the negative effects of any attack fired at him in addition to all damage they would have dealt.
[CT-1] Pulse Drill - Tek's rifle fires out a beam, but in the last moment before the tip fires makes a sharpened conical shape in order to give the beam he's firing towards the opponent with the intent to drill through the target. [1-25% of his PL in Energy Damage]
[AT-1] KiTech Blade Launcher - This allows Tek to fire from afar small energy blades created by a KiTech pulse. When these make contact with flesh they carve straight through it! Blocking it isn't recommended! [1%-25% of his PL in Energy Damage]
[BT-1] Pulsmunition - The use of his Cybernetic generator to power his weaponry allows Tek the ability to fight without depending on "ammo". He can fire bursts of energy at his opponent typically, but when using this specific variant he fires a solid beam of his energy from the tip of the gun towards his opponent. [1-25% of his PL in Energy Damage]
Example Roleplay:
Stacks of paper fell on his desk, the pressure of the wind sending particles of dust into the air as it fell with a satisfying thud onto the metallic surface below. Most people only liked to talk of the grandeur of moving up the ranks, but the truth was there was a lot more to it than they wanted to admit: especially in the case of paperwork. He pulled his chair back and sat down on the black leather material before rolling it back under the desk and procuring a simple fountain pen from its repurposed cup on the desk.
The sounds of a nib gently gliding across the paper, the satisfying feeling of ink spilling forth with little to no effort needed. Man did it make the hobby seem so fulfilling to him, it was his one escape from the hectic nature of the job he worked and the mundane routine of the day to day training sets. The amount of paperwork was nothing he wasn't used to dealing with prior it was just a pain that moving up in rank brought with it a raise in responsibilities instead of a raise in time outside of base for once.
There was a knock on the door to the office, resulting in the soldier pushing out from beneath his desk and standing to his feet. "Permission to enter, Commander, sir!" He heard from the other end of the thick metal door, cracked slightly to get his voice through. Tek recognized the voice and let out a soft chuckle. "Permission granted, Private." The door came open and from the door way stood a familiar figure for him. It was almost like looking into a mirror and thinking he had lost weight when he first saw Mo Tek, his younger brother who was also there.
"Congrats on the promotion," His brother said walking forward and extending his hand for a firm shake, which Harr responded with speed and a solid shake of his own. He wasn't the type to limp fish on a good handshake. "How's it goin', kid?" He asked excited to hear what his brother had to say. The response he heard wasn't the one he was hoping for, however, "Well, I was assigned a mission officially in regards to some sightings on South Continent... and they want you to tag along." And that is where our new adventure begins.
