In order to chase after those dragon balls and get your every wish granted, there are a few requirements that must be met before you can go hunting.

Firstly, you're going to have to get yourself a Dragon Ball Radar in order to look for the dragon balls.
Once you've acquired a Radar you're free to search for the dragon Balls!

Currently, You're allowed to search for two dragon balls per week.
This is based from a Sunday - Saturday Basis. Sunday being the start of a new week. Your search must be reasonable, at least 1,000 word minimum.

As Dragon Balls are found they will become more difficult to find.
You will not always get a dragon ball for your efforts.

The number on the left represents how many dragon balls are left to be found, the number on the right is the amount of dragon balls in total.

Those are the chances of finding one, meaning if there's only one dragon ball left you've got a 1 in 7 chance of finding a dragon ball.
If there's three left, you've got a 3 in 7 chance of finding one.

If another players has a dragon ball and you desire it, you must challenge them for it and beat them.(This MUST be in a Death Enabled Thread) If they wish to decline the challenge the Dragon Ball will be forfeited to you. This must make sense IC, you must have a dragon radar as well or know that character has the Dragon Balls.

You CANNOT take Dragon Balls off of their planet of origin, they will deactivate temporarily and magically teleport back if you try.

Wishes

Once you've found the seven dragon balls you'll get to make yourself a wish. What are the limits you might wonder?

Let me tell you this, all wishes will be reviewed and discussed upon the staff team. They will either have an approval or we will compromise your wish to make it effective.

Example:
If you wish for unlimited power,
We'll come back with a power level increase for you.

If you wish to be immortal,
You'll be immune to disease and a natural death, being attacked will still kill you.

If you wish for unlimited riches,
You'll be granted a discussed amount of zeni.

You will be allowed a total of three wishes and once the wishes are completed the dragon balls will scatter and be deactivated for three months.
