Peardian's counterattack had resulted in a block; with the energy going hurtling in a wild manner through the air until they struck and gave the tuffle borrowed time to try and sort out the cramped wing before the harsh tone being somewhat startling out of the focus the young teen had trying to fix the knotted energy. However, Hikaru was nice enough to help smooth it out and restore the ki to the state it was in before; still volatile by all means but just that bit more controlled. Testing the wing with one small flap, the brown-haired tuffle's head snapped back towards her opponent when the energy came in fast and prompted action.
Swiftly moving to plant their feet firmly and keep her wild ki in focus, it for once didn't cramp and resulted in smooth deflects with only one energy ball clipping the side of the girl's right wing. Firing back with ki smooth like a river, Peardian tried to return fire with a line of seafoam energy in a row.

Peardian's ki flowed smoothly, no knots, tangles, or breaks in its smooth pacing. She deflected Hikaru's weak barrage of ki and then returned her own technique with out missing a beat. Hikaru held her hands, palm out and caught Peardian's blast in her hands, the ki burning at her gloves. Then she threw her arms up, deflecting the ki blast skyward where it dispersed harmlessly.
Hikaru straightened up, and gave Peardian and approving nod. Her ki was holding smooth and steady.
"Good, like that," Hikaru shifted back into a firm stance, " Keep your ki like that and come at me."
